Vikas is a corporate lawyer with interest in commercial dispute resolution as well as transactional advisory. Vikas obtained LL.B. (Hons.) from Amity Law School, Delhi in the year 2011 and read Corporate Law & Governance at the London School of Economics and Political Science, England. Vikas has garnered substantial experience working with renowned Senior Advocates and India's leading law firms on landmark cases and headline making transactions.

Vikas spearheads the Firm’s corporate advisory, real estate and transactional law practice groups. He also has extensive experience in advising a diverse range of clients including renowned real estate companies, embassies and high commissions of various countries, Indian corporates and other business enterprises including leading national and multi-national corporations, HNI’s, foreign companies and global investors. Endowed with skillful pragmatism and sharp negotiation skills, Vikas devises commercially sound solutions on investments that allow maximum wealth creation and provide options to unlock value at all levels.

Vikas considers young start-ups to be the future of the country and sees it as essential that they receive mentoring and support from like-minded individuals. Besides, Vikas regularly advises NRIs on diverse range of matters concerning immovable properties, estate management, investment, succession, wills and probate, divorce and family settlement.
