Shikha is a highly experienced and sought after dispute resolution lawyer having more than 8 years of professional standing. She obtained B.S.L LL.B. (Hons.) from the prestigious Symbiosis Law College, Pune in 2007. She is holding Diploma in Cyber Laws from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune; Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights Law from Asian School of Cyber Laws, Pune; M.S. (Counselling and Psychotherapy) from National Institute of Behavioural Sciences and Certificate in CSR training from TARA.

Shikha’s practice and expertise encompasses regular appearance before the Supreme Court, High Courts and various other Courts/Tribunals/Regulatory Authorities for resolving critical legal issues in a wide range of matters including civil, criminal, corporate, property, consumer, arbitration, debt recovery, matrimonial and family law disputes including divorce, settlement, child custody, domestic violence, labour and service matters, intellectual property disputes, cyber law, contractual and commercial disputes and debt recovery matters.

Her core competency lies in conceiving and devising innovative legal strategies after assessment of contemplated transaction / strategic initiatives and case history. An effective communicator with exceptional relationship management skills, Shikha is adept at maintaining cordial business relations with legal counsels and other external agencies. Shikha has developed an excellent rapport with highly acclaimed and renowned Senior Advocates, who she regularly briefs on matters having national and international ramifications.

Shikha is also responsible for strategy and business development at Imperia Law, she drives the organization forward – leading from the front.
